April 28th Auction

We will be having an auction on Saturday April 28th at 11:00 am. We have one 5x10 unit that contains mattresses, TV, clothing, bedframe, carseat, shelving, and kitchen items.
Come on down and check out the unit, you never know what you might find!

If the tenant pays before the auction date the auction will be cancelled. We will update this blog accordingly.

February 25th Auction Cancelled

Our auction scheduled for February 25th has been cancelled due to all tenants paying their full balances.

We have an auction scheduled for Feb 4th. Right now there are the following sizes of units scheduled to be auctioned: 12 x 30 indoor unit, it contains household furniture, tools, chain saw, small trailer, car jack, child car seat, wheel barrow, camping chair and other misc goods including children's toys etc. Don't miss this one and bring your family to join in the fun!!!

January 7th Auction!!

We will be holding an auction on January 7th, 2012 at 11:00 am at our facility, 4095 W. Center St. Provo, UT.  We currently have one unit that will be part of the auction.  It is as follows:

10x10 containing desks, fishing poles, stroller, shelves, weed wacker, 2 coolers, camping chair, and kids' toys. 

If the tenants pay the balance on their unit before the auction date the unit will not be auctioned.  We will update this blog post accordingly.

Lakeside Storage is different

While you might think that all Self Storage Auctions are the same, you may have a big surprise to find that Lakeside Storage is a bit different. The simple reason is that Lakeside Storage is a specially designed storage warehousing facility for indoor and outdoor storage specifically for Boats, RVs, ATVs, Motorhomes, Travel Trailers, Snowmobiles etc. while it is true that people store and warehouse a variety of other personal things at Lakeside, we do generally have a much wider variety of stored/warehoused items than othe facilities. Since Lakeside is the only RV Storage Park in the State we tend to attract a different clientele than other facilities in the area. This makes for a real difference in what you might find for sale in some of our Auctions. We sometimes auction, boats, trailers, antique cars, campers and a lot of warehoused items that are not so common in other smaller facilities. Remember we have many more large storage units with tall doors than any other facility in the area. This all makes for a unique Auction experience each time we have one!
